Job Summary
To support a growing medical claims repricing service, the remote Post Payment Claims Specialist will manage post payment queues, conduct outreach and negotiation calls with providers, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage post payment queues for claims
- Conduct outreach and negotiation calls to educate providers on NSA claims payments
- Document all interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of related experience in appeals, negotiations, or medical billing
- Experience in provider outreach via phone or other communication methods
- Understanding of healthcare policy and payment structures
- Familiarity with claims workflow tools or systems
