Job Summary

Reviewing title commitments and resolving curative issues, the part-time Post-Sale Title Curator will ensure compliance with client expectations while working remotely in a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties
• Resolve rejected curative issues and maintain open communication with clients and management
• Follow payment processes and provide external reports as per client expectations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry and/or vendor management service company
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and the curative process
• Proven customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft software products
