Power Apps Specialist
Job Summary
To support application development and maintenance for the Aviation Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a part-time Power Apps Specialist will design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, technical issues, and integration problems
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Fx
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including tables, views, and stored procedures
- Experience integrating applications with multiple data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server
