Power BI Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a night shift basis, the Power BI Analyst will assist the revenue cycle management team by developing reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and providing support for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards based on business stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with data teams to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
- Create complex DAX calculations to support data analysis and ensure data security compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields
- 1-3 years of experience in a revenue cycle analytics position within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Power BI development and familiarity with SQL for data manipulation
- Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization concepts
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
