Power BI Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a night shift basis, the Power BI Analyst will assist the revenue cycle management team by developing Power BI reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting day-to-day operations with data analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business stakeholders' needs
- Collaborate with data teams to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
- Create complex DAX calculations to support data analysis and troubleshoot Power BI report issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields
- 1-3 years of experience in a revenue cycle analytics position within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Power BI development and report/dashboard creation; certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization concepts, and SQL for data manipulation
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and familiarity with data warehouse concepts
