Job Summary
A company is looking for a Power Scheduling Leader (CAISO and ERCOT).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of schedulers and oversee the scheduling and dispatch of PV and BESS assets in ERCOT and CAISO markets
- Develop and implement power scheduling strategies to optimize asset performance and revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with ERCOT and CAISO market regulations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in power scheduling, focusing on renewable energy assets
- 3+ years of experience managing power scheduling or real-time power trading teams
- Strong understanding of ERCOT and CAISO market structures, rules, and regulations
- Hands-on experience with PV and BESS scheduling and dispatch
