Power Supply Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the power supply team, the full-time Power Supply Analyst will manage risk within the power portfolio, update daily reports, validate pricing models, and assist in market analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Update and validate the daily power position report to ensure deal flow accuracy
• Publish and validate power forward curves that feed the pricing models for power sales
• Assist in mitigating risk in the power sales portfolio through hedging and market analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field such as Business, Engineering, or a Science
• 0 to 5 years of experience in the power or commodity markets preferred
• Experience using SQL or other methods to retrieve and report on large datasets
• Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and models for analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills to develop actionable insights from complex datasets
