Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the PowerBI Developer will design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders in a financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned to business needs
- Translate business/data requirements into clear reporting solutions and visuals
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to validate data and resolve reporting issues
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on Power BI development experience (reports, dashboards, data modeling, and DAX)
- Strong SQL skills to run queries, validate data, and troubleshoot Power BI report issues
- Proven ability to interpret and translate business/data requirements into reporting deliverables
- Experience working in an Agile environment and delivering on a sprint cadence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
