Job Summary
Seeking a skilled PowerShell Automation Engineer for a long-term contract position, who will build, maintain, and modernize software deployment workflows remotely, utilizing advanced PowerShell scripting and AI tools to enhance development processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, customize, and maintain MSI/MSIX application packages and develop robust PowerShell-based scripts for deployment
- Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for IT automation, integrating with platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft Graph API
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to streamline deployment processes and document packaging standards and automation workflows
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional PowerShell scripting experience (5.1 and 7+)
- Demonstrated experience using AI/agentic coding tools in development workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with MSI/MSIX package creation and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Windows systems administration and Microsoft 365
- Experience with REST APIs and secure scripting practices
