PPLI Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Retail Solutions business, the remote PPLI Client Experience Specialist will manage the end-to-end administration of Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) policies, including new business and case management, policy issuance, and post-issue transactions while serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete PPLI policy life cycle, ensuring accurate and compliant new business submissions and managing post-issue transactions
• Provide proactive guidance to PPLI Sales, Underwriting, and other partners on case requirements, status updates, and next steps
• Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities while maintaining PPLI forms and coordinating regulatory updates

Required qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1+ years of experience in a client-, broker-, or partner-facing role in a service, operations, or case management environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interest in process and continuous improvement, with the ability to define workflows and document procedures
• Ability to learn complex life insurance products and related investment options quickly
