Job Summary

Leading a team of Practice Coordinators in a remote setting, the full-time Practice Coordinator Team Lead will manage daily workflows, triage non-clinical escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance telehealth operations and patient coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of Practice Coordinators, serving as the primary escalation point for operational issues
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics, providing feedback and implementing coaching plans as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and operations to identify gaps and contribute to process improvements
