Practice Director, Data & AI

Job Summary

Leading the Data & AI practice within the Presales & Solution Architecture function, the full-time salaried Practice Director, Data & AI will define and execute practice strategy, develop standardized offerings, and manage talent while working remotely to drive pipeline growth and customer outcomes for mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data & AI practice strategy aligned with company objectives and market demand
• Develop and maintain standardized offerings and reusable assets to enhance sales velocity and delivery readiness
• Build and lead the Data & AI solution architect team, managing capacity and fostering a high-performing culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in IT architecture, presales, or consulting, including 3+ years leading a practice or advisory function in data, analytics, or AI
• Proven track record of building and managing technical teams in presales or practice management
• Deep expertise in data and AI solution architectures and experience with Microsoft and other leading platforms
• Industry-recognized data and AI certifications preferred, including Microsoft credentials
