Job Summary
To drive operational excellence in the Property & Casualty insurance sector, the full-time salaried Practice Lead - Property & Casualty will translate customer challenges into actionable solutions, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technology to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate complex client problem statements into deployable solutions through collaboration with stakeholders
- Redesign processes for automation and agentic orchestration, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
- Develop scalable and value-driven solutions for carriers, MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Property Casualty Insurance Services, specializing in areas such as Claims Operations or Underwriting
- 15+ years of experience as a process architect with expertise in agentic design and orchestration
- Proven experience in solution architecture and proposal development for transformation projects
- Strong understanding of agentic frameworks and multi-agent orchestration
- Ability to decompose business outcomes into tasks, data dependencies, and decision points
