Practice Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Practice Manager will ensure accurate revenue capture and compliance, provide training to staff on revenue cycle best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue cycle outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in revenue, billing, and reimbursement processes while conducting gap analyses to identify workflow issues
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff regarding revenue cycle best practices and compliance requirements
• Review and manage key revenue cycle reports, coordinating Open Accounts Receivable meetings and documenting action items

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or billing office
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare enrollments and revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of process workflow and compliance standards
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
