Practice Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Practice Manager will manage day-to-day operations, foster relationships with veterinarians, and ensure seamless scheduling and client service.

Key responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with veterinarians to enhance their professional satisfaction
• Oversee doctor schedules, manage calendars, and approve PTO requests
• Address and resolve client concerns while ensuring exceptional service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or management required
• Previous experience in clinical veterinary medicine or practice management preferred
• Commitment to excellence in client service
• Dynamic problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer technologies and scheduling applications
