Job Summary

Driving the strategy for developer engagement, the full-time remote Practitioner Engagement Program Lead will manage content strategies for global events, ensuring a cohesive narrative and practitioner-first mindset while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance attendee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for various events, aligning them with business goals and audience needs
• Manage content timelines and operational processes to ensure timely delivery of all event-related materials
• Collaborate with multiple teams to shape compelling narratives and customer stories for presentations and programming

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in event content, programming, or content strategy roles
• Proven track record in developing content for large-scale in-person events, including themes and session design
• Strong storytelling abilities to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging narratives
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to operate effectively across functions and with stakeholders under tight deadlines
