Practitioner Updates Specialist

Job Summary

Managing practitioner data and outreach, the full-time remote Practitioner Updates Specialist will evaluate and process updates, conduct outreach for clarification, and handle network terminations and additions to ensure practitioner satisfaction and compliance with health plan requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, and enter practitioner data in management systems
• Conduct outreach to practitioners for data clarification and confirm updates
• Manage practitioner network terminations and additions, including notifications

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Three plus years of experience in provider relations and/or data entry required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of practitioner demographic and billing practices preferred
• Experience with government payers including Medicare and State Medicaid
