Pre-Boarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of healthcare clinicians, the full-time remote Pre-Boarding Specialist will accurately collect, enter, and maintain provider information while collaborating with recruiting and clinician services teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately enter clinician data through standardized processes
• Maintain complete and accurate records across onboarding and credentialing systems
• Coordinate the collection, receipt, upload, and tracking of required clinician documentation

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Some college coursework preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
