Job Summary
Leading pre-construction activities for data centre development projects, the full-time Pre-Construction Manager will manage project planning, design coordination, cost management, and stakeholder engagement while working remotely across the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-construction activities from project initiation to construction start
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on project planning and design development
- Support budgeting, cost estimation, value engineering, and procurement planning
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in data centre or mission-critical projects
- Proven experience managing pre-construction, design, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale developments
- Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, MEP systems, and project delivery processes
- Understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards and mission-critical environments
