Pre-Construction Manager

Job Summary

Leading pre-construction activities for data center development projects, the full-time Pre-Construction Manager will manage project initiation to construction start, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and operational requirements while coordinating with various stakeholders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction activities, including planning, design coordination, and risk assessment
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors on project planning and design development
• Support budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in data center or mission-critical projects
• Proven experience managing pre-construction, design, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale developments
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and project delivery processes
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are advantageous
