Pre-Litigation Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the pre-litigation team, the full-time remote Pre-Litigation Operations Manager will manage Case Managers and Team Leads, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and support pre-litigation paralegals and team leads, ensuring performance and workload coverage
• Oversee case workflows to ensure timely progression and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to address operational issues affecting case flow and communicate staffing needs to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm environment, specifically with pre-litigation and/or litigation cases
• Prior experience managing paralegals or legal support staff
• Strong understanding of personal injury or civil litigation processes
• Proficiency with case management systems and legal software
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
