Job Summary
To support a growing driver recruiting team, the fully remote Pre-Sales Cold Caller will manage incoming leads, contact truck owner-operators, and generate detailed profiles while ensuring a minimum of 8 profiles are completed daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage leads provided by the company
- Make outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators
- Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of fast-paced outbound calling and B2C sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus
