Job Summary
Owning customer issue resolution, the remote Pre-Sales Engineer will support POCs, pilots, and full-scale implementations while ensuring high standards of service and technical excellence in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues, performing root cause analysis and preventing future occurrences
- Assist in training for POCs and implementations, collaborating with Delivery/Project Managers
- Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases while championing customer service standards
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and cloud computing technology
- Experience with HTTP client tools like Postman or Insomnia
- Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal
