Pre-Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting critical pre-business activities, the full-time Pre-Sales Operations Analyst will create Statement of Work documents, assist with customer onboarding, and drive resolution of pricing and scoping issues while working remotely from California or Washington.

Key responsibilities

• Support time-sensitive pre-business activities for the consulting organization, including creating SOWs and gathering customer onboarding information
• Manage a case management system to ensure timely updates and drive end-to-end resolution of requests
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the consulting organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with sensitive materials and handling confidential information
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contract life cycle processes
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize activities
