To support a growing market presence in EMEA, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will showcase the business value and scalability of products through tailored demonstrations, custom content creation, and collaboration with sales teams to navigate complex RFPs and client inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dynamic product demonstrations tailored to specific HR and AI transformation challenges
- Create custom content and metrics to showcase specific HR scenarios and use cases
- Partner with Account Executives to navigate RFPs and handle product queries
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in pre-sales roles focused on HR, Workforce Intelligence, or AI transformational software
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms and demonstrate product capabilities confidently
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in creating engaging content, such as product videos
- Adaptability to a fast-paced scale-up environment with effective time management skills
