Predictive Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a newly established high-impact team, the full-time Predictive Analytics Manager will develop and implement predictive models, partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions, and communicate actionable insights, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and communicate analytical findings clearly
- Explore and prepare large datasets to support model development and enhance data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong experience with Python, R, and SQL; experience with SAS is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Experience contributing to or building analytics capabilities from scratch is highly valued
