Predictive Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a newly established high-impact team, the remote Predictive Analytics Manager will develop and implement predictive models, build data-driven solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance decision-making within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions and communicate actionable insights
- Ensure data quality and model integrity through rigorous validation and review processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with SAS is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Experience contributing to or building analytics capabilities from scratch is highly valued
