Job Summary
To enhance the Premium Audit QA department, the full-time remote Premium Audit Specialist will conduct quality reviews of premium audits, ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements, and analyze metrics related to audit corrections.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform primary reviews of various premium audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Facilitate the processing of client returns and track metrics related to audit corrections
- Assist the QA Review Director with reporting, team communication, and other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience in premium auditing
- Extensive knowledge of manual rules and proficiency in Workers' Comp and General Liability audits
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and metric tracking
- Ability to work independently and provide effective communication regarding audit findings
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
