Job Summary
Conducting remote premium audits, the full-time Premium Auditor I will analyze payroll and financial records through virtual interactions with policyholders to ensure accurate premium calculations and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews and requests additional information from insureds to complete audits
- Schedules and conducts audits via telephone and online conference
- Inputs audit information into the Premium Audit Tracking System for premium adjustments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of premium audit experience
- Prior knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and insurance operations
- Experience with test audits and knowledge of manual rules for various insurance types
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively conduct virtual meetings and communicate with insureds
