Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Premium Billing Reconciliation Specialist will reconcile and process premium billings, research payment discrepancies, and analyze financial data to ensure accurate posting of group payments.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile and process daily premium billings and balances
- Research and maintain premium suspense to ensure accurate posting of premiums
- Generate premium refunds and perform member and group terminations
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or insurance administration
- Experience in researching and resolving payment discrepancies and reconciliation issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
