Job Summary
Owning the execution of pricing changes for the North America private office portfolio, the full-time remote Pricing Analyst will manage approximately 200 price adjustments monthly, analyze underperforming units, and build relationships with General Managers to provide actionable pricing recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute accurate, on-schedule pricing changes across roughly 200 price adjustments a month
- Diagnose underperforming units or segments through variance analysis and provide concrete pricing recommendations
- Run the renewal process end to end, recommending pricing based on account and market performance
Required qualifications
- A track record analyzing data to recommend pricing changes with moderate guidance
- Experience running variance or deep-dive analysis to identify underperforming segments
- Comfort configuring and maintaining pricing systems, algorithms, or databases
- Demonstrated ease in building relationships with operational stakeholders
- A background in a dynamic, demand-based pricing environment such as hospitality or subscription-style renewal pricing
