Job Summary
To optimize pricing and profitability in the DSCR and non-QM lending business, the full-time remote Pricing & Margin Management Analyst will analyze market conditions, loan-level data, and competitive intelligence, making data-driven recommendations while identifying margin leakage and building financial models for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pricing and market analysis to recommend adjustments and identify pricing opportunities
- Maintain and analyze the company's margin waterfall, comparing target and realized margins across various products and channels
- Build and maintain pricing and margin dashboards, analyzing lock volume and broker performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage pricing, secondary marketing, capital markets analytics, or FP&A
- Working knowledge of non-QM and DSCR lending, including pricing adjustments and margin waterfall
- Advanced Excel skills for building financial and analytical models
- Experience using SQL or equivalent tools for data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
