Job Summary
Supporting the proposal team remotely, the part-time Pricing Analyst - Proposals will manage the development of compliant and competitive pricing proposals for federal government opportunities, conducting cost analyses and preparing pricing documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Review RFPs and RFQs to identify pricing instructions and compliance requirements
- Develop pricing models and compliance checklists, ensuring alignment with solicitation instructions
- Analyze subcontractor quotes and perform cost comparisons to support competitive pricing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience handling proprietary and confidential pricing information with discretion
