Job Summary
To support the Aerospace, Defense & Marine business unit, the remote Pricing Automation Specialist will manage the discovery and documentation of pricing processes, prototype AI use cases, and act as a liaison between pricing and technical teams while continuously improving the ADM Pricing Portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions to understand current pricing processes and document business requirements
- Build and validate use-case prototypes in TE-approved platforms, ensuring accuracy and business fit
- Act as the technical interface between ADM Pricing and scaling teams, providing clear hand-off packages for implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience with AI, automation, or business analysis
- Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes with non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience building or supporting AI-enabled or automated solutions
- Familiarity with Claude Cowork or similar platforms for developing AI skills
