Job Summary

Bringing a practical, field-informed perspective to pricing and packaging decisions, the full-time remote Pricing Insights Lead will gather and synthesize field insights, evaluate options, and recommend strategies that improve clarity and customer value communication across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead structured field research to gather insights and establish methodologies for pricing and packaging feedback
• Evaluate pricing and packaging alternatives, serving as the principal advisor on their interaction with field commercial behavior
• Translate approved pricing decisions into field-wide implications, identifying gaps in guidance and maintaining a structured system of record for field evidence

Required qualifications

• Experience in pricing and packaging, commercial strategy, or a closely related B2B SaaS function
• Direct experience working with customer-facing teams and interpreting feedback from customer interactions
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear recommendations
• Strong commercial judgment regarding customer value and business impact
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
