Pricing Manager
Job Summary
Leading the estimating department for a specific global business unit, the full-time remote Pricing Manager will manage market workload, develop cost proposals, and advise internal clients on pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead pricing efforts by managing workload and collaborating with capture teams to deliver accurate pricing proposals
- Develop cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narratives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide pricing guidance to proposal teams and support subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients
- Strong knowledge of various contract types, including FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA
- Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience using ProPricer software and a strong understanding of CAS, FAR, and DFARS regulations
