Job Summary
Leading pricing administration for enterprise clients and pharmacy partners, the full-time remote Pricing Manager will manage MAC lists, monitor pricing performance, and serve as a strategic advisor on pricing decisions while developing the pricing team.
Key responsibilities
- Own MAC management by creating and maintaining MAC lists, ensuring competitive pricing aligned with contracts
- Monitor pricing performance against guarantees, developing strategies to address any discrepancies
- Lead and coach the pricing team, establishing documented processes for reliable MAC management
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with MAC management in a PBM or pharmacy setting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of PBM or retail pharmacy pricing experience, including supervisory roles
- Working knowledge of PBM pricing economics and contract terms
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools preferred
