Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

Partnering with leadership across various departments, the full-time remote Pricing Supervisor will oversee state product design, rate level indication analysis, and the rate revision process while developing team analysts and influencing the Commercial Auto business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementations related to product design and rate analysis within the Commercial Lines Pricing organization
• Make strategic recommendations that impact pricing rates in the Commercial Auto sector
• Develop and mentor analysts on the team while collaborating with cross-functional leadership

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience
• Experience in pricing and/or product management is preferred
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience with strong business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and foster an inclusive work environment
