Principal AI Architect

Job Summary

Owning the design and build of a real-time AI agent platform, the full-time Principal AI Architect will work closely with the engineering team to architect production systems that facilitate intelligent coaching and autonomous client conversations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the multi-agent orchestration layer, including session supervision and conversation management
• Architect the real-time data pipeline and dual-mode agent architecture for both human-assisted and autonomous interactions
• Oversee the data model and CRM integration, ensuring data integrity and compliance within a regulated environment

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or systems architecture, with significant hands-on experience in the last 3 years
• Production experience building real-time AI systems with sub-second latency
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Kinesis
• Multi-agent system design experience, including orchestration patterns and context sharing
• Strong data architecture foundation with experience in regulated environments such as fintech or healthcare
