Job Summary
Leading a technical assessment and architecture engagement, the contract Principal AI Architect will work remotely for seven weeks, focusing on capability assessments, platform recommendations, and developing reference architectures for engineering AI enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current environment, including AI capabilities and engineering workflows, to produce actionable recommendations
- Evaluate cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure for their roles in supporting engineering AI capabilities
- Develop an Agentic Engineering Reference Architecture that outlines the integration of models, tools, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading architecture for enterprise applications and cloud platforms
- Practical experience in designing or implementing AI applications and workflows
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud, particularly Vertex AI, along with knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Software engineering experience with Java, Python, and REST APIs
- Understanding of AI tool permissions, human oversight, and failure recovery processes
