Focusing on the AI and automation strategy for Medicare Advantage, the full-time Principal AI Automation Engineer will design, deliver, and scale AI-powered systems and intelligent automation solutions, working remotely to improve care quality and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain a multi-year AI and automation roadmap aligned with strategic goals in clinical quality and member experience
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions across various functions, ensuring scalability and governance

Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles, with 3-5 years in a senior position

- Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and intelligent process automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
