Principal AI Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Leading a small pod structure within the Data & AI organization, the full-time Principal AI Delivery Lead will set technical direction for agentic AI systems, manage delivery roadmaps, and partner with various teams to deliver impactful AI solutions while ensuring reusable patterns and guardrails are established.
Key responsibilities
- Own the outcomes and performance of the Forward-Deployed Engineering team while managing the delivery roadmap
- Run the operating model by scoring inbound demand and enforcing clean hand-offs to ensure operational ownership
- Set technical direction for production systems, including orchestration, human-in-the-loop design, and responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in software, product, or AI delivery, with at least 3 years in leadership roles for AI-powered production software
- Hands-on experience with modern agentic AI technologies, including LLM orchestration and prompt engineering
- Proven track record of taking AI enterprise use cases into production and ensuring clean hand-offs
- Strong understanding of responsible AI and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with cloud-native environments, preferably AWS, and a player-coach mindset
