Principal AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving AI fluency and enablement across the global workforce, the full-time Principal AI Enablement Manager will design training programs, build a central knowledge base, and lead adoption initiatives for enterprise AI tools, working remotely or in Austin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Design persona-based enablement programs for various roles to enhance organizational fluency with AI tools
• Build and maintain a comprehensive AI knowledge base, ensuring it is updated with relevant resources and guides
• Lead a champion network to promote AI adoption across business units and drive effective communication regarding tool usage and best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or change management at an enterprise scale
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with the ability to teach others
• Proven experience in designing role-based learning programs and measuring their business impact
• Experience in building and leading global champion or ambassador networks
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data, and business stakeholders
