Principal AI Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, the full-time Principal AI Engineer will create internal tools, enhance customer-facing products, and drive the creation of new AI-native solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build AI-powered tools to improve productivity across various teams
- Embed AI capabilities into existing products to enhance accuracy and usability
- Establish best practices for AI system architecture and integration across the organization
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a Principal or Staff-level role
- Proven experience designing and deploying production AI systems
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM-enabled systems and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience deploying systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
