Job Summary
Leading a high-performing product team, the full-time Principal AI Engineer will design and build production-grade, Cephai-powered systems while collaborating with various departments to solve client problems in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the engineering direction of a product team in partnership with a Product Lead
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows and AI-driven operational tooling
- Support and mentor team members, fostering an environment for high-quality product development
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, Node, and TypeScript
- Proven ability to design and deploy production AI architectures
- Strong knowledge of orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
- Experience with AI-enabled applications using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Bedrock
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments, including AWS or GCP
