Principal AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
To shape the future of loan origination and servicing platforms, the full-time remote Principal AI Software Engineer will design scalable applications and intelligent workflows, delivering real-time insights and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex AI and platform initiatives end-to-end, delivering business-facing capabilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows for critical processes such as loan intake and document review
- Establish new platform patterns and capabilities by defining approaches and scaling them for broader adoption
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software development experience, including as a senior individual contributor
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience delivering production AI/ML systems, including LLM-powered applications
- Deep experience with modern agent frameworks and SDKs, such as Claude Agent SDK and LangGraph
- Experience with model evaluation and observability for production AI systems
