Principal AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support strategic customers in realizing AI initiatives, the full-time Principal AI Solutions Architect will engage in hands-on architecture, rapid prototyping, and executive-level customer collaboration to design scalable AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance, working remotely across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical engagement with strategic customers, translating complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, solution architecture, integration, deployment, and optimization across Genesys Cloud and AI technologies
• Design reference architectures and integration patterns for AI-powered experience orchestration across enterprise platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, implementing, or architecting enterprise CX, CRM, AI, or automation platforms
• Proven success in designing and deploying enterprise AI and automation solutions in complex environments
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Genesys Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Deep expertise in enterprise integration, including REST APIs and event-driven architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
