Job Summary
Partnering with strategic customers, the full-time Principal AI Solutions Architect will lead the development of production-ready AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational performance, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end technical engagement with strategic customers, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Lead discovery, requirements analysis, solution architecture, integration, deployment, and optimization across various platforms
- Design reference architectures and integration patterns for AI-powered experience orchestration across enterprise platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of industry experience in enterprise CX, CRM, AI, automation, or experience orchestration platforms
- Demonstrated success designing and deploying enterprise AI and automation solutions in complex environments
- Strong hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, including Genesys Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Deep expertise in enterprise integration and data patterns, including REST APIs and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline
