Principal AI Strategist
Job Summary
Operating as a lead strategist, the full-time Principal AI Strategist will guide customers through their AI transformation journey by driving AI roadmapping, governance advisory, and organizational change management planning, while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop AI roadmaps to facilitate customer adoption and utilization of AI products across the ServiceNow platform
- Lead AI value discovery conversations with customers, articulating business outcomes and building cases for continued AI investment
- Collaborate with AI Architects to deliver integrated service offerings, ensuring alignment between business objectives and AI solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a consultant in software or technology industries
- 5 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience with multiple AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
- Proven ability to drive business alignment and value conversations independently
- Experience in organizational change management planning for AI initiatives
