Job Summary
Operating as the lead AI strategist on customer engagements, the full-time Principal AI Strategist will drive business alignment, develop AI roadmaps, and lead value realization conversations for ServiceNow's AI platform, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive AI roadmapping and governance advisory for customer AI transformations
- Lead organizational change management planning and stakeholder impact assessments for AI initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and contribute to thought leadership in AI strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years as a consultant or advisor in software or technology industries
- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with knowledge of its AI capabilities
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple AI tools and large language models
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level conversations and build business cases
- Experience advising on AI governance and change management in complex enterprises
